Similar to the Retainer Job Classification service, the Community™ Job Classification with Interviews is a service where trained job evaluation specialists from Birches Group evaluate a client’s jobs by conducting job matching interviews, also known as a desk audit.
Using Birches Group’s four-step approach, wherein we take into account a job’s Structure (hierarchy and context), Content (scope and complexity), Progression (development and career), and Qualification (experience and academic requirements), specialists interview the client to better understand what distinguishes functions within the organization and how they support the wider mission. Organizations can purchase blocks of jobs, both current and future, that can be spread out over a 12-month period.
