Compensation Policy

Creating the salary scale and sustaining it moving forward requires a Compensation Policy in place to guide the organization to use and maintain its salary scale effectively. A standard Compensation Policy is developed for organizations ideally before creating their salary scale but can also be developed in conjunction with the salary scale design project.

Although the Compensation Policy service is often linked to managing an organization’s salary scale, Compensation Policies can also be developed should an organization require a framework for moving staff within their grades (Community™ Skills) or a framework for managing annual performance evaluations (Community™ Performance).
