The Community™ Ad-hoc Job Classification is a service where trained Birches Group job evaluation specialists can evaluate a few of the organization’s jobs on an ‘as-needed basis’ without them necessarily purchasing a full block from the Retainer Job Classification service using our established, simple and clear methodology.
The job evaluation is conducted by reviewing job descriptions and organization charts and does not include any employee focus groups or interviews.
